Position Summary :
The IT Support Assistant is responsible for configuring and maintaining iPad and Access Point devices to support our department’s infrastructure. This entry-level position involves basic troubleshooting, device setup through MDM tools, and providing first-level support to users. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
