[job_card.job_description]Generate leads via canvassing, referrals, and networking Conduct roof inspections and assist homeowners with insurance claims Present solutions, prepare proposals, and close sales Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate job execution Follow up after installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals Track and report all sales activity and meet defined performance goals Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Comfortable climbing on roofs for inspections and assessments Prior roofing or outside sales experience (preferred) Strong communication and closing skills A motivated, goal-driven attitude and a desire to grow Flexible schedule Accident insurance Referral program Professional development assistance

Position Overview :
We’re seeking Sales Representatives who can confidently meet with homeowners, perform roof inspections, and provide professional recommendations. This is a commission-based role with excellent earning potential for driven closers.

- Average Commission : $2,000–$4,000 per project
