Senior Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr Data Analyst to join their analytics team and provide actionable insights that improve patient outcomes and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service tools for performance visibility

Define key metrics and KPIs in collaboration with leadership

Perform deep-dive analyses on patient populations and provider performance

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare or healthtech

Strong proficiency with SQL and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Experience with healthcare data such as claims and EHR datasets

Deep understanding of value-based care models

Ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights for stakeholders
