Key Responsibilities
Co-lead a team of 65+ sales professionals to achieve revenue goals
Strategize with various departments to enhance Hyatt's sales structure
Participate in customer-facing events and adapt to industry changes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a relevant field or equivalent role
Experience in analyzing complex reports to optimize sales strategies
Proven ability to partner with Owners / Operators
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience leading a diverse sales team responsible for $2B+ in annual revenue
