Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Experienced in treating Orthopedic / Sports Med caseload preferred
• Desire to treat in a 1:1 setting, spending an hour with each patient
• Servant leader mindset
