All field and project-site roles at Suntec are safety-sensitive positions , meaning safety is not just a rule - it's a responsibility. Every task matters, and every team member plays a role in protecting themselves and those around them.

What You'll Do

• Build the backbone of major structures by laying out, preparing, erecting, and assembling concrete forms for pours.
• Set, brace, and align formwork using lumber, timbers, wall ties, coil rods, turnbuckles, clamps, and more to construct concrete piers, footings, and walls.
• Work alongside equipment operators, signaling cranes and heavy machinery to safely position materials and framework.
• Use a wide range of hand and power tools , including saws, drills, levels, squares, pneumatic tools, and more.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials such as wood, plywood, plastic, and timbers with precision.
• Install barricades and safety measures to eliminate jobsite hazards.
• Work efficiently, productively, and safely to meet production goals.
• Dismantle, stack, and organize concrete formwork after pours.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to ensure top-tier quality.
• Perform routine inspections on tools and equipment to maintain safety and performance.
• Lead by example by providing direction to laborers and construction helpers.
