Travel / Contract Physical Therapist - Up to $2400 / WK!

Tumwater, Washington - 13.0 weeks

Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Certifications Requirements : CPR certification, Washington State PT license, and a current BLS certification
  • Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience in a clinical setting; outpatient orthopedics experience preferred
  • Other Requirements : Ability to float to other clinics, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, reliable transportation, and strong attention to detail

  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions, ensuring effective treatment plans
  • Assess patient needs, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor progress throughout treatment
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes
