We are seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon to join a newly established de novo clinic affiliated with Doctor Hospital of Laredo in Laredo, TX. This role offers competitive compensation and a strong support structure, allowing you to focus on advanced orthopedic surgical care while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary care team.

• Schedule / Hours: Monday-Friday, with some call coverage
• Call: Shared call schedule
• Patient Volume: Moderate to high patient flow
• Location: Laredo, Texas
• Practice Setting: New de novo clinic affiliated with Doctor Hospital of Laredo
• Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, nursing, and administrative staff
• EMR / Technology: Cerner

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care along with surgical procedures
• Document care using the clinic's EMR

Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility for Texas licensure
