YOUR ROLE :

• Lead continuous improvement projects spanning across multiple functions, both internal and external to the plant
• Complete 8D process and reports to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, internal product / process failures, equipment malfunctions and other plant support issues.
• Design and coordinate change management activities (PWP, FWP and Implementation)
• Mentor / train engineers and technicians
• Lead vendor, customer, internal and certification audits, both on-site and off-site
• Perform and participate in risk assessments (HAZOP, JSA, MOC, etc.)
• Present metrics and reports to management and external customers
• Champion and adhere to all Safety, Health, and Environmental standards.
