Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

10+ years of leadership experience in strategic partnerships or business development

Experience in music, entertainment, media, or nonprofit sectors preferred

Proven track record of closing high-value partnership agreements

Expertise in Salesforce CRM and financial modeling for partnership valuation
