Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner

Asante is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and inquisitive Nurse Practitioner to join our Infectious Disease team.

What You ll Do :

• Work side-by-side with a knowledgeable Infectious Disease Physicians who are passionate about training new providers .
• Provide medication management, patient education , and primary care services related to infectious disease.
• Conduct physical exams, review lab results , and contribute to comprehensive care plans.
• Serve as a health educator and advocate , empowering patients with tools for disease prevention and healthy living.

Split your time between Medford (3 days / week) and Grants Pass (1 day / week) two vibrant communities in the heart of Southern Oregon. Four day work week - great work / life balance.
