Location : Peninsula Offices (Home office - 2113 Hartford Road, Hampton, VA 23666)

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Orthodontic Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and genuinely enjoys helping people smile. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about patient care, you’ll fit right in with our growing team.

What You’ll Do

Assist the orthodontist chairside during clinical procedures and adjustments

Prepare treatment areas and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and HIPAA standards

Take diagnostic records including photos, impressions, and digital scans (iTero experience a plus)

Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment progress, and appliance care

Track and document treatment information in the patient chart accurately and efficiently

Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive clinical environment

Support the overall patient experience by building genuine, friendly connections with every smile

What We’re Looking For

Experience as an Orthodontic or Dental Assistant (orthodontic experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate)

Current X-ray certification (required or ability to obtain)

Positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent communication skills

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a team environment

A genuine desire to make a difference in patients’ lives
