Are you an experienced sales professional who thrives in the field and loves closing deals? Joyce Factory Direct is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with the passion and drive of a top-performing Sales Representative.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be working directly in the field, running leads, and setting the pace for your team. This isn't a desk job—this is for those who live for the thrill of selling and achieving top results. You will not only manage but also lead by example , closing deals and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work daily in the field, running leads and closing sales.
- Mentor and train new sales representatives by showing them how to sell and succeed.
- Set the standard for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Actively manage your own pipeline while assisting your team in doing the same.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
