Senior Civil Engineer

Location : Nampa, ID

Type : Full-time, Permanent | Direct Client

Position Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and develop the Civil Engineering Department. This role includes technical oversight, project delivery, team leadership, and client development.

Key Responsibilities :

Establish and lead the Civil Engineering Department.

Mentor and supervise engineering staff.

Serve as Engineer-of-Record and provide technical oversight.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Lead proposals, budgeting, and client development efforts.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Idaho PE License.

10+ years of engineering and project management experience.

Proven leadership background.

Strong knowledge of Idaho regulations.

Proficiency in Civil 3D or Carlson Civil.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in commercial and residential land development.

Business development experience.
