Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
Provide an excellent candidate experience through clear communication during the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and source candidates through various channels
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience
Experience in a startup, tech, or high-growth environment is a major plus
Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms
Proactive, self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn
Passion for building collaborative teams
