Customer Service Representative- Restoration

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly pay 18-25/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
• Follow-up on all pending and recommended work with customers and their technicians
• Learn the Restoration business and participate in training to develop call-taking skills
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Telemarketing / Call Center / High Volume experience

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs.
• Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).

Environmental Conditions:

• Climate-controlled Office setting.
