Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC equipment. This role requires solid mechanical knowledge, along with the ability to read and interpret schematics to ensure the efficient operation and upkeep of HVAC systems. The successful candidate will possess experience with HVAC systems, a valid burner and fireguard permit, and an OSHA certification. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating equipment, package rooftop units, split units, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve HVAC system issues quickly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance, efficiency, and longevity.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining the repairs or maintenance performed.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, building regulations, and OSHA guidelines while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all job sites.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion while adhering to safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology, providing customers with recommendations for system upgrades and energy-saving solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role, with strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in equipment and appliance repair.
• Expertise in refrigeration systems and air conditioning units.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues efficiently.
• Valid Burner and Fireguard Permit required.
• OSHA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying temperature conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as required.
• Leadership skills are a plus for those interested in career advancement.
