A company is looking for an IT System Engineer I to resolve complex technical issues and support key business technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to escalated service requests, incidents, and change requests in a timely manner
Troubleshoot issues across various applications, networking, and peripherals
Complete technical administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of troubleshooting and communication with clients
Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant technical experience or 1 year in Service Technician I or II roles
Experience managing Windows Service, Microsoft / Office 365, Active Directory, and security protocols
CompTIA Network / A+, Microsoft 365, or Azure certifications are highly desired
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
Must meet Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) requirements post-employment
