The Airborne Antenna Design department headquartered in McKinney Texas is responsible for full-scope Independent Design Verification & Validation (IV&V) solutions for antenna products including architecture trades design development integration deployment and sustainment of antenna systems and associated integrated system verification solutions.

This is an onsite role located in Mckinney Texas.

What You Will Do :

• Responsible for the design development and deployment of Radio Frequency (RF) passive circuits (radiators RF manifolds RF transitions etc.) and electromagnetic (EM) modeling.
• Participate in advancing the state of the art with regard to radiator design and EM design and modeling through continual innovation.
• Follow established procedures and instructions while working closely with program and functional leadership to ensure that overall designobjectivesare met.
• Responsible for developing technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems.
• Travel may be periodically required

Qualifications You Must Have :

Typically requires aBachelors inScience Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)degreeora minimumof5years prior relevant experienceto include any combination of the following :

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS) an agency of the Department of Defense handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education / training and key skills.
