Required Qualifications

Experience in cross-functional, hands-on operational roles

Proven ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams

Strong project management skills with a focus on clarity and outcomes

Familiarity with business performance metrics and enterprise risk

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or comparable experience is a plus
