What you get to do in this role :

• Build high-quality clean scalableand reusable code by enforcing bestpractices around softwareengineering architecture andprocesses (Code Reviews Unittesting etc.)
• Partner with the productowners to understand detailedrequirements and own your codefrom design implementation testautomation and delivery of high-quality products to ourusers.
• Implement softwarethat is simple touse to allow customers toextend and customize thefunctionality to meet their specific needs
• Contribute to the design andimplementation of new products andfeatures while also enhancing theexisting productsuite
• Design and develop scalable maintainable and reusable software components with a strong emphasis on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions owning features from design through delivery
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing existing product capabilities.
• Integrate automated testing into development workflows to ensure consistent quality across releases.
• Participate in design and code reviewsensuring best practices in performance maintainability and testability.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functionalregressionintegrationand performance aspects
• Foster a culture ofcontinuouslearning andimprovementbysharing bestpractices in engineering and quality
• Promote a culture of engineering craftsmanship knowledge-sharing and thoughtful quality practices across the team.

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $147300 - $257800 plus equity (when applicable) variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
