Your Responsibilities as a Real Estate Sales Agent:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales.
• Build connections that deeply resonate with clients, creating more sales opportunities.
• Meet with potential buyers and sellers to understand their home preferences and show them properties that match their criteria.
• Conduct engaging open houses to showcase our listings.
• Oversee the entire process, from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

• Become a local expert – know the community and market inside out, confidently addressing questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighborhood.

Real Estate Sales Agent Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Pay: Up to $175,000.00 per year
