What does a Associate Graphic Designer do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Associate Graphic Designer to produce compelling point‑of‑sale and digital assets across email, web, and mobile platforms. In this fast‑paced role, you’ll collaborate with product and marketing teams to transform concepts into visually engaging materials that align with brand standards.

Success in this role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. You should be adaptable, self‑motivated, and comfortable making last‑minute changes based on business needs. Experience preparing print‑ready artwork and solving creative challenges is essential.

Responsibilities :

Designs point of sale (POS) marketing / advertising material for specific purpose designated by channel Leads etc. Need to continually produce POS to meets the needs of the requestor. Must follow Coke brand standards.

Produce in‑house projects, such as posters, banners etc. Print and trim in time to meet schedule.

Create files to print on the OKI printers - formatting and placing on the network for printing

Follow up with client approvals to keep project moving through system. Ensure all stakeholders receive adequate communication on project status.

Troubleshoot problems with OKI printers & determine when to call technician.

Managing vendors to ensure cost & quality requirements are met (including ensuring invoices are accurate and processed for payment timely)

Requirements :

Associate's Degree required

Bachelor's Degree preferred

2+ years graphic design experience – preparing files that are print ready and managing print vendors required

In-depth knowledge of all graphic design methods including color, type, hierarchy, etc.

Proficient with Adobe Illustrator required

Experience with Adobe Cloud apps such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat preferred
