This role is perfect for someone with hands-on installation or construction experience who's ready to step into leadership. If you've led crews before-even outside of furniture installation-you'll find a clear path for growth with us.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor an installation crew, setting the tone for teamwork and accountability
• Manage installation of MillerKnoll and other commercial furniture product lines
• Review drawings/blueprints and ensure installs meet project standards
• Troubleshoot issues on site and keep projects moving smoothly
• Communicate daily with the project team, clients, and contractors in a professional, solutions-focused way
• Train newer installers in Pigott's standards and help build their skills
• Take ownership of job readiness, site preparation, and follow-through to client sign-off

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading crews in installation, construction, carpentry, or a related field
• Hands-on skills with power tools, product assembly, and safe material handling
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, or blueprints
• Strong communication and leadership-able to direct a team and keep projects on track
• High school diploma or GED (minimum); 2–3 years of related installation experience preferred
• Willingness to work in a physical, fast-moving environment (lifting up to 64 lbs, bending, kneeling, etc.)
