About the Role:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the real estate and rental industry by connecting potential tenants with their ideal living spaces. Your primary responsibility will be to showcase properties, answer inquiries, and guide clients through the leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with current tenants and addressing their needs, which is essential for tenant retention and satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with property management to develop marketing strategies that attract prospective tenants. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about properties and leasing terms.
• Assist clients in completing rental applications and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into leases.
• Collaborate with property management to implement marketing strategies and promotional events to attract new tenants.
