Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to manage legal operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead negotiations and draft various commercial contracts, including customer and vendor agreements

Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to accelerate deal cycles while managing legal risks

Develop scalable legal processes, templates, and provide legal advice across multiple business functions

Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing

3-5 years of legal experience with a focus on commercial contracts, preferably in SaaS or technology

Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills with a business-oriented mindset

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple workstreams effectively

Start-up mentality : adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
