Job Title : Test Technician

Job Description

Join us as a Technician and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our automated electronic assembly equipment. This position involves setup, programming, thermal profiling, and proactive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Training and development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and repairs on SMT equipment; identify root causes of failures and implement solutions.
• Utilize CIM / CAM / CAD data to create machine-positioning programs aligned with customer specifications.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and assist in developing product build techniques.
• Create thermal profiles to ensure compliance with industry standards and process yield requirements.
• Conduct statistical measurements (CPK / PPK) to maintain process control and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, provide technical leadership, and ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a Contract position based out of Neenah, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $36.06 / hr.
