HR Specialist

A company is looking for an HR Specialist, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for HR inquiries related to onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and policy interpretation

Deliver timely resolutions through various channels while maintaining high standards of employee care

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to improve processes and support onboarding programs in Workday

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience in HR Shared Services or similar roles

Experience with Workday and Salesforce Case Management System preferred

Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment law fundamentals

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
