Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field highly desired 3 to 5 years of related experience are required Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 pounds

The staff accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Perform general accounting and other related duties for the organization.
- Ability to process Accounts Payable invoices, review statements and provide customer service to vendors and internal customers.
- Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures.
- Assist in period end close process.
- Process payroll, verify documentation and reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger.
- Maintain documentation and financial records
- Manage company mailbox
