OTR Truck Driver

We are hiring experienced CDL Class A OTR Truck Drivers for dedicated routes originating out of Memphis, TN. This position offers drop-and-hook freight, all new equipment, and consistent lanes that begin and end in Memphis. We are seeking both solo drivers and established teams who are willing to run nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle on OTR routes
  
  
• Haul dedicated drop-and-hook freight
  
  
• Run routes throughout all 48 contiguous states
  
  
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight
  
  
• Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards
  
  
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  
  
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
  
  

Route Details

• All loads originate in Memphis, TN
  
  
• All routes return to Memphis, TN
  
  
• Dedicated drop-and-hook freight
  
  
• OTR Nationwide (48 states)
  
  

Pay

• Solo Drivers: $0.55 per mile
  
  
• Team Drivers: $0.80 per mile
  
  

Equipment

• All new equipment
  
  
• Well-maintained, reliable trucks
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
  
  
• Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience
  
  
• Must be able to pass:
  
  
  • DOT Drug Screen
    
    
  • Background Check
    
    
• Clean driving record preferred
  
  
• Must be reliable, safety-focused, and professional
  
  
• Willingness to run all 48 states
  
  
• Ability to work independently (solo) or as part of a team
