Funding Document Specialist- Automotive Finance

Johnson Service Group is seeking Funding Document Specialists for an Auto Finance Company in the Dallas Texas area. Auto Finance / Finance experience preferred.

This is a fully remote position.  Must live within 75 miles of the company.

Must be flexible with working days / hours

Work schedule- Monday-Friday and 1-2 Saturdays a month.  (40 hours a week- Overtime available).  Business hours 9am-8pm.

Hourly pay rate : $18.00

Position Summary :

The Associate, Funder is responsible for reviewing, booking and funding retail and lease contracts from  dealerships in accordance with department policies and procedures. This position requires flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, changing rules, regulations and policies, and as such, must be able to process and retain information quickly. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Review and validate retail and lease documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with HCA policies, established guidelines, programs, credit stipulations and state / federal laws and regulations.
• Handle incoming dealer phone calls to resolve held offerings during peak hours as needed.
• Actively participate in coaching and development sessions / trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department / team performance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
