We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Total Joints Surgeon to join an established orthopedic surgery program serving a rural community near Reno, Nevada. This unique opportunity offers full-scope orthopedic practice, a predictable schedule, and full travel support—without the need to relocate.

Highlights:

• Balanced mix of elective and acute orthopedic cases
• Predictable 10 shifts/month providing 24/7 ED orthopedic call coverage
• Shifts selected 120 days in advance
• Fly-in model – licensing and all travel covered
• Hospitalist-supported admissions
• Focus on growing elective volume (total joints, arthroscopy, hand, basic fracture care)
• Onsite clinic with protected OR time
• Established, collaborative surgical team

Requirements:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training or strong experience in Total Joint Replacement preferred

• Ability to manage both elective and acute orthopedic cases
• Willingness to participate in ED call coverage as part of the program model
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care
