The Role

Supervises employees who test and / or inspect products to determine compliance with specifications.

Must Have

Apprentice graduate Bachelors Degree or equivalent and 4 years of applicable technical experience. OR Related Apprentice certification (i.e. NDT Dimensional Control) & 0 Years. Masters degree and 2 years relevant experience.

• 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree.
• 8 years related non-exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree and experience.

Nice to Have

This candidate should have a working level knowledge ofthe Nuclear Quality Inspection processes and principles across the various programs. The candidate should have considerable knowledge of the safety security and execution requirements for NDT. The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to build and lead teams within their own organization. Alsomust be able to obtain / maintain a minimum of a confidential DoD security clearance.
