Maintenance Technician - Keep Operations Running Strong in Lafayette!

This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional with at least 2 years of maintenance experience who wants to grow their career in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

Hours & Pay

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (with some weekends required)

Pay Rate : $15.00 per hour or DOE (depending on experience)

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly :

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment under supervision
• Diagnose and repair equipment to meet company quality and certification standards
• Assist with rigging up, building, and rigging down equipment as needed
• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload equipment (with proper license)
• Complete inspections and maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance
• Report incidents and non-conformances according to company procedures
• Maintain and update job packs, returning them to supervisors as required
• Coordinate with logistics, stores, and other departments to support operations
• Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and planning sessions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety and efficiency
