As a Brand Ambassador for Jackson Hewitt, you serve as the public face of the company during the peak tax season. Your primary goal is to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and ensure every potential client has a positive first impression of our services. You will engage with the community both at physical office locations and high-traffic areas like Walmart kiosks or local events.

Core Responsibilities

• Outreach & Lead Generation : Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, business cards, and door hangers in approved high-traffic areas and local businesses.
• Client Engagement : Proactively greet and engage potential clients in professional conversations to explain Jackson Hewitt's current promotions and services.
• Brand Presentation : Ensure office or kiosk locations meet all brand and marketing appearance standards, including the setup of signage and promotional displays.
• Appointment Management : Assist potential clients with scheduling tax preparation appointments and follow up with past clients to encourage return visits.
• Social Media Advocacy : Share company promotions and approved tax tips on personal social media platforms to expand digital reach.
• On-site Support : Monitor client flow at kiosks or offices, keeping waiting clients engaged and answering basic inquiries about the tax filing process.
