The Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Services Patient Financial Navigation is responsible for leading and shaping the enterprise-wide strategy for all assigned patient-facing financial experience functions within the Revenue Cycle. This senior leader provides strategic oversight, operational integration, and system-wide accountability for critical teams, including VIP Patient Relations, Customer Service, Financial Counseling, Patient Estimates and Self-Pay & Collections. The Executive Director is charged with advancing transformational initiatives to deliver a seamless, transparent, and compassionate patient financial journey.
