Program Management Manager

A company is looking for a Program Management Manager to develop and implement strategic plans for program enhancements and partner management.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the development and implementation of program enhancements to increase member acquisition and retention

Manage internal and external partner relationships, including contract negotiations and strategic insights for partner engagement

Oversee the implementation of strategic communication plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

4-6 years of project or program management experience required; claims or insurance industry experience preferred

1-3 years of management / supervisory experience preferred

Experience with Agile methodologies preferred

Demonstrated experience in project management required (PMP preferred)
