The campus includes an expansive clubhouse, 27 holes of golf including the championship Spring Mill Course and the nine-hole Centennial Course. About the Role :
The Assistant Clubhouse Manager supports the Clubhouse Manager in overseeing front-of-the-house operations, ensuring exceptional member experiences across dining venues, banquets, and special events. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage staff effectively while maintaining PCC’s high service standards.

Operational Leadership
Assist in managing all clubhouse operations, including dining rooms, bars, banquet facilities, and casual outlets.
Member Experience
Maintain a visible presence in dining areas to engage with members and address concerns promptly.
Staff Management
Coordinate scheduling, payroll approvals, and performance evaluations.
Skills :
The Assistant Clubhouse Manager utilizes strong interpersonal and communication skills daily to interact effectively with members, staff, and guests ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Leadership and organizational skills are essential for managing staff schedules, training, and maintaining operational workflows. Problem-solving abilities are frequently applied to address member concerns and operational challenges promptly. Proficiency with technology, including point-of-sale systems and office software, supports efficient administrative and financial tasks. Additionally, knowledge of health and safety standards ensures the clubhouse environment remains safe and compliant, contributing to overall member satisfaction and operational success.
