Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour plus performance-based bonus compensation

Responsibilities:Discovery & Case Preparation
- Manage and organize discovery materials, including written discovery and document production
- Review and summarize evidence for attorney use
- Draft discovery requests, responses, and legal correspondence
- Maintain detailed case files and ensure all records are accurate and accessible
Mediation Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate all mediations with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, and mediators
- Prepare mediation packets and summaries
- Communicate clearly with all parties about mediation logistics and deadlines
- Track follow-up tasks and outcomes after each mediation
Attorney & Client Support
- Assist attorneys in case preparation and exhibit organization
- Communicate professionally with clients and court personnel
- Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate calendaring
Qualifications:Who We Are Looking For
You are a proactive and detail-focused paralegal who enjoys working on a high-performing legal team. You bring strong organizational and communication skills, and you are committed to supporting attorneys and clients with excellence. Experience in litigation or family law is preferred.
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with discovery processes, mediation scheduling, and case file management
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
- A professional and compassionate approach when working with clients and legal teams
- Family law experience is preferred but not required
