Accounts Receivable Analyst

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their corporate services team.

Key Responsibilities

Process and verify orders, invoices, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks

Reconcile data between multiple systems and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

Analyze processes for improvements and provide monthly chargeback statistics to the Accounting Department

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar

Experience with credit card processors and chargebacks

Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle

Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in basic accounting principles

Self-starter with good planning and organizational skills
