Automation Builder

A company is looking for an Automation Builder to join their remote Product organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deliver automation and integration templates using no-code tools

Create end-to-end automation solutions for IT service management workflows

Develop documentation and training materials to support template usage and adoption

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in IT, IT service management, or a related technical role

Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code automation or integration platforms

Scripting experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar languages

Experience with ITSM platforms or related industry certifications is highly preferred
