The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­VP of Operations to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Mansfield, MA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations of HR Knowledge including the Managed Payroll Team, the Benefits Team, Benefits Technology team and the Billing team.
• Responsible for the overall operation of the business and will also have P&L responsibilities.
• Oversee the implementation of business process improvements including technology to help the business scale in a profitable manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Level operations and executive experience running a service organization
• Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player demonstrating collaboration.
• Tech-savvy with excellent command of all Microsoft programs (Office, Word, and Excel)
