CIP Business Specialist

Job Description

* Work directly with the Department Manager to achieve department productivity and goals
* Accurate and efficient processing of consumer CIP exceptions
* Thorough due diligence reviews for Sole Proprietorship accounts
* Accurate account opening and thorough due diligence review for business accounts
* Accurate and efficient processing of application exceptions for accounts opened through online channels
* Accurate and efficient review of consumer CIP information and sanctions holds for reloadable prepaid cards
* Other duties as assigned
* Operations Specialist only: May also be required to train & mentor new department employees

Position level will be dependent upon external and internal experience

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
