Field Computer Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and technology support industry, is seeking a TSG Support Technician with Driving to join their team. As a TSG Support Technician with Driving, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting the Technology Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Coppell, TX (Onsite)

What's the Job?

• Provide support activities in an assigned area, including equipment exchange and inventory control.
• Perform software installations, program updates, troubleshooting, and problem resolution on computer and telecommunication systems.
• Train users on supported software and hardware, understanding technology from both user and technical perspectives.
• Assist users in resolving computer-related issues such as hardware or software malfunctions.
• Travel using personal vehicle to support UPS technology infrastructure at various locations and support core technology solutions.
