Centrica Business Solutions North America is seeking a Solar Program Manager to lead the design and construction of multiple parallel Solar Carport and Rooftop Sites for the LAUSD school district in Southern California. The Program Manager is a leadership position on the Operations team reporting to the Manager of Project Management - West. The Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects through planning, directing, and facilitating activities by their matrix report project management team. This is a matrix manager position with the autonomy to build the team that will deliver the multi-year 16 site program of projects most effectively and currently anticipates at least a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager reporting to the Program Manager. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in positioning Centrica for ongoing opportunities to expand into additional LAUSD schools by ensuring excellence in delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation.

Our Solar Program Manager contributions to the team include :

• Lead and be accountable for the successful execution (Scope, Schedule, Budget, and Customer Satisfaction), from design through construction, commissioning, and closeout of a 16 solar site program of projects for a major school district in Southern California.
• Serve as the primary executive interface with LAUSD leadership, balancing district-wide objectives with site-specific execution.
• Provide solar design and construction expertise and leadership to effectively manage processes including, interconnection application and approval, Division of the State Architect (DSA) review, permit application and approval, etc.
• Manage a team of Project Managers, allocating resources and projects, to ensure timely and efficient revenue recognition, achievement of CBSNA goals, and good outcomes for customers.
• Fully understand, track, and proactively manage all customer requirements, ensuring smooth, timely delivery and confident execution that fosters customer trust and a positive overall customer experience.
• Lead program-wide risk identification and mitigation planning across all sites.
• Build scalable processes and systems that set the foundation for long-term partnerships with the client.
