Partner with Payroll team leads to document workflows, processes, and updates. Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy in all written and visual materials. Support process improvement, employee development initiatives, and change management efforts.

Job Duration : 3+ Months+ (with possible extension)
Shift : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Pay Range : $30 - $34 / hr. on w2
Additional Notes : Listed skills include Project Management and Microsoft Excel.
Position Overview :
- The Training & Communications Specialist will support the payroll department through the development of training materials, onboarding programs, and internal communications.
- This role requires strong writing, content creation, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with Payroll leadership to document and communicate processes effectively.
