Key Responsibilities

Lead payments risk and compliance, advising on regulatory obligations and financial crime risk

Oversee teams analyzing fraud risks and ensuring financial compliance, while improving loss reporting

Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate complex payments and regulatory requirements clearly

Required Qualifications

10-15+ years of payments risk and compliance experience, preferably with hands-on analyst work

Experience in modern payments companies, processors, or fintechs

Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, and global best practices

Proven ability to manage and develop distributed global teams

Experience translating complex regulatory requirements into accessible language
