A company is looking for a Referral Program Coordinator responsible for managing patient referrals and scheduling in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Process internal, incoming, and external referrals for ambulatory services, procedures, and medications

Obtain prior authorizations and schedule patients

Manage inbound and outbound phone calls and communicate with patients via online chat

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Two or more years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR)

Experience in a healthcare environment preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Willingness to consider hybrid or remote work options
