Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebooking for various travel services
Utilize GDS tools to manage flight and travel bookings efficiently
Provide prompt and empathetic support while resolving complex travel issues
Required Qualifications
Experience in the travel industry, travel agency, or online travel agency
Proficiency with Sabre or a similar GDS system
Strong understanding of airline fare rules and hotel cancellation policies
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
High School diploma or equivalent experience
