Slot Ambassador

Job Summary:

Ensure slot machines are monitored on a continual basis for full capacity operation

Essential Job Functions:

• Process jackpot payouts and hopper fills in accordance with department policies and procedures
• Promote positive public relations and respond to guests promptly
• Perform money transactions and required paperwork with proficiency and accuracy
• All other duties that may be assigned

Work Environment:

• Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment in handling a variety of situations
• Must provide excellent customer service and respond calmly when handling guest’s needs
• Must have Gaming Registration or ability to obtain same
• Previous experience required; at least six months
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours
• Must be able to move quickly around property
• Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs without assistance
